Pathleticz is a Los Angeles nonprofit that introduces middle and high school students to real careers across the sports industry: the business, media, operations, and performance roles behind every game.
Students work in teams, build a professional portfolio, and learn directly from people who do these jobs every day.

Team
Dante Reese founded Pathleticz after graduating from Syracuse University's Falk College of Sport, where he studied Sport Management with a minor in Emerging Sport Enterprises. A Los Angeles native who came up through various youth development programs, he built Pathleticz to give students the same kind of hands-on mentorship and industry access that shaped his own path.
